Mike provided guidance throughout the process.  He educated us on materials and recommended companies for us to consult on lighting, tile, and other necessities. Throughout the job, he maintained regular contact, was easy to reach by phone or text, always returned calls, and kept us updated on progress.

 

All of Mike’s subcontractors were excellent, experienced, and professional.  His tile man Gino designed a very attractive walk in shower as well as laying our floor tile to perfection, and John, the tile subcontractor added a finishing strip to the edge of the kitchen backsplash that gave it an unexpected and unanticipated flair.  In addition to their abilities, all of the subcontractors provided information, answered questions, and were congenial and enjoyable people to work with.

 

Mike also gained the respect of our condo managers for adhering to all the contractor requirements of our complex.  Mike and his subcontractors only parked in their designated spaces, kept their work within the condo itself, and cleaned up completely at the end of the day.

 

When many contractors would hesitate to take on a full remodeling project on the short notice and limited time span we gave him, Mike tackled ours with confidence.  Despite some materiel setbacks which required him to juggle work plans around, Mike met each challenge, and even finished our project ahead of schedule to our delight and amazement.
